Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the data integrity and performance levels of consumer communications Provide a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams Report development and analysis in order to find defects and propose improvements Work with data strategy, communications, and operations teams to drive advanced data quality governance program Bring a curious and inquisitive approach to solving complex data quality challenges Drive execution and provide automation improvements to drive efficiency Build structures, tools and routines to institutionalize a data-driven culture of consumer engagement Support development of organizational data quality to drive meaningful consumer interactions Designs, develops, and analyzes the results of data queries necessary to identify data quality issues and presents results in an easy-to-understand format to end users.
Provide sign off and acceptance for data validation and verification Works with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data profiling and track metrics necessary to monitor data quality.
Root cause analysis Dataset and data process quality control Ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and data availability is maintained.
Serve as a key resource on complex and / or critical data issues Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions Provides recommendations and plans for improvement Executes, maintains, and reviews data QC processes benchmarking against industry best practices Generally works under supervision Required Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in a data quality focused role 1+ year enterprise-level consumer data quality experience Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience) Good interpersonal skills Extremely meticulous in approach to work Outstanding attention to detail Ability to work with little or no supervision Proven ability to meet established deadlines Talent for quickly learning new tasks Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree Recognized data quality certification e.g.
